Crystal is the Founder and Director of Clinical Services at A Different Path Counseling, PLLC. Since 2004, Crystal has worked in the behavioral health field in a variety of settings with children then with adult and older adult populations. Crystal has worked in the Residential Support Waiver Behavior Support Program as a clinician, then supervisor at a community mental health agency; contracted with a skilled nursing facility in private practice, then formed A Different Path Counseling, PLLC as a behavioral health agency to serve participants in Snohomish County.
In addition to being the Clinical Director, Crystal provides individual and couples therapy to adults in-person and via telehealth. In therapy, we will work together to help you find relief and overcome obstacles in your life. A therapeutic approach is chosen by what will suite you best. Therapeutic modalities implemented in session include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Lifespan Integration, Gottman Method, Emotion Freedom Techniques/Tapping. Crystal has a passion for working with couples suffering from substance use disorders and codependency. In sessions, somatic approaches are used to address attachment injuries and past trauma. Crystal specializes in Religious Trauma/Spiritual Abuse and has a secular stance in the therapeutic relationship.
