Director of Clinical Services

Crystal is the Founder and Director of Clinical Services at A Different Path Counseling, PLLC. Since 2004, Crystal has worked in the behavioral health field in a variety of settings with individuals across the lifespan. Crystal has worked in the RSW Behavior Support Program as a clinician, then supervisor at a community mental health agency; contracted with a skilled nursing facility in private practice, then formed this behavioral health agency to serve participants in Snohomish County.

In addition to being the Clinical Director, Crystal provides individual and couples therapy to adults in-person and via telehealth. In therapy, we will work together to help you find relief and overcome obstacles in your life. A therapeutic approach is chosen by what will suite you best, with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Crystal has a passion for working with couples suffering from substance use disorders and codependency. Gottman Method Level 2 trained.

In 2014, Bethany began her career in community mental health as a Vocational Specialist providing employment support to clients with behavioral health disorders who wanted to find jobs.  Bethany quickly fell in love with the work. She receives a huge amount of satisfaction and enjoyment out of working closely with folks who are often misunderstood and marginalized.  Bethany worked in residential care where she was able to provide 1:1 support, group activities and outings to enrich participants lives. Bethany loves to connect with community members and services to provide opportunities for her clients. As a vocational specialist, Bethany networked with employers to not just find job openings but also provide chances for clients to shadow jobs that they were interested in and to practice interviewing skills with hiring managers. When Bethany worked in a residential program, she was able to coordinate with representative from the Seattle Sounders to take clients to attend a match. An exciting event for the participants!

In 2021, Bethany began working at ADPC as a clinician in the RSW Behavior Support program. Bethany expresses that she has truly found her niche in this work., joy of working with this client population and an amazing work/life balance. As a first-time mom to a baby girl, having an employer that truly values that balance is an incredible gift. 

Bethany was promoted to Program Manager and is excited to continue to grow within ADPC. This is an agency that respects the dignity of our clients as well as our team members. Bethany's primary goal as a mental health provider is to ensure that everyone she works with is recognized for their inherent value as a human being, not just for their diagnosis. The team at ADPC shares that mission.

Lournielyn Juario is a dedicated professional with a BS in Psychology, showcasing a rich background in mental health. She began her career with an impactful internship at a mental health clinic, where she gained valuable experience in patient care and clinic operations. Following this, she served as an Administrative Assistant at the same clinic, refining her organizational and administrative skills.

Transitioning to the healthcare sector, Lournielyn joined a private hospital as an HR staff member. Her performance and leadership qualities earned her a promotion to HR Officer-In-Charge, where she managed HR functions and supported hospital staff.

Currently, Lournielyn is channeling her diverse expertise into her role as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant at A Different Path Counseling, PLLC where she plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and supporting the counseling team.
