Crystal is the Founder and Director of Clinical Services at A Different Path Counseling, PLLC. Since 2004, Crystal has worked in the behavioral health field in a variety of settings with individuals across the lifespan. Crystal has worked in the RSW Behavior Support Program as a clinician, then supervisor at a community mental health agency; contracted with a skilled nursing facility in private practice, then formed this behavioral health agency to serve participants in Snohomish County.
